CodeIgniter 4.0.0-beta.4 リリースされました

2019年7月25日、Codeigniter4 beta4がリリースされました。
約2ヶ月半振りのリリースとなりますね。

現在の動作環境は下記のとおりです

PHP7.2以上

この条件はalpha.5リリース時に変更されています。
